SRDLive can help with website-related matters only. We can review content errors, broken links, privacy questions, abuse reports, advertising concerns and general feedback about this website.
We cannot approve SRD applications, reverse declined results, release payments, create pay dates, submit appeals, change banking details, change phone numbers, complete identity verification or access private SASSA records.
If your question is about your official SRD application, payment, appeal, banking update, phone-number change or identity verification, you must use the relevant official route or contact SASSA directly.

What Not to Send
