SRD Status Checker Terms

SRDLive may host an SRD status checker on this website. Where hosted, the checker is provided as a convenience tool to help users request and view their own SRD R370 status result.

You may only use the checker with your own ID number and cellphone number, or with details you are legally authorised to use.

The checker does not create, approve, decline, appeal, reverse, unlock, verify, reinstate, cancel or change any SRD result. SRDLive does not control official SRD databases, official payment systems or official application outcomes.

If an official system is unavailable, delayed, changed or returns an error, the checker may also fail, show incomplete information or be temporarily unavailable.

Where the checker is hosted, SRDLive does not store, sell, publish, display publicly, add to public URLs, use for marketing, or create a public database from ID numbers, cellphone numbers or SRD status results entered into the checker.

No Official Account Access

SRDLive cannot access your official SASSA account, bank account, appeal profile, payment file, identity-verification record or government database record.

We cannot guarantee approval, payment, appeal success, faster processing, a pay date, banking approval, phone-number recovery or any official outcome.

For official account-specific issues, users must use the relevant official route or contact the relevant official institution directly.

User Responsibilities
